On any given day you are certain to find a group of River Westers gathering together.  This is because we believe that the best way to connect and grow as a follower of Jesus is in fellowship with other believers.  Groups at River West Church are for any person, at any stage of life.  The common thread of our groups is always our shared faith in Christ and our commitment to His Gospel. 

Growth Groups
Growth Groups are small gatherings of people who share a common goal…Gospel growth. We seek to grow in our understanding of the Gospel of Jesus and in our practice of Gospel-centered life and ministry.  These groups meet on different days and in different locations all throughout the greater Portland area and include Women's Growth Groups, Men's Growth Groups and all kinds of Growth Groups in between! • ARMS | Her Journey Class (Domestic Abuse)
  At River West Church, we want to be the kind of community where it’s OK to not be OK. In this spirit, we offer a confidential class specifically for women called Her Journey. Her Journey classes help women walk through their healing process from all types of domestic abuse. Women who are struggling - or have struggled - with any type of domestic abuse, including emotional, verbal, sexual, spiritual, financial, animal, property and/or physical abuse are welcome to attend. • FitBody
  FitBody is a body conditioning class, taught by a certified Group Exercise Instructor, that will refine your body, spirit and soul. The class begins with prayer and fellowship before an hour-long mix of exercises for all of the major muscle groups, as well as balance and flexibility. Classes are free and open to ages 18 & up.

• Job Seekers
  Have you recently lost your job or been notified that your job will be eliminated? Do you need suggestions, ideas and support as you pursue your next career? River West Job Seekers is designed to help you deal with the practical and spiritual aspects of finding your next job. • OAKS | Older Active Kindred Sisters
  OAKS is a group of women, 55 years and older, who seek to encourage, support, and pray for one another. With love, laughter, faith, and friendship we celebrate our season of life together and find God’s grace to meet the challenges inherent to our stage of life.

• Sprouts
  Sprouts is a community of moms with children ages infant-kindergarten. We understand the needs, challenges, and joys in this season of early motherhood! At Sprouts, we focus on building fellowship with other moms, learning from knowledgeable, inspiring speakers, and serving each other and our community.
